The sauna was the best experience. Does wonders for your overall health especially the skin. That natural glow is everything! Definitely take a visit.

Everything was quite lovely. The ladies at the front desk help with setting up a little wine, fruit, and balloons in the couple suite for my boyfriend birthday. It was so helpful and thoughtful. The masseuse were really good. Everything was amazing.

Joe did a great job! I was a little nervous going in, but he made me feel comfortable right away. He was professional, and the massage was exactly what I needed. I left feeling so much better. I would definitely recommend him and will be coming back when I am in town again! Thank you again!

I recently visited RE Spa for a 90-minute couples massage with my partner, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. To begin with, our appointment started late because the massage therapists were running behind schedule. Despite the delayed start, our massage was still cut short. We paid for a 90-minute couples massage, but we were only on the table for approximately 75 minutes. I understand that scheduling issues can happen, but customers should still receive the full service they paid for. During the massage, the massage therapist I was working with got up and left the room to speak with the front desk about the scheduling delays. This interrupted the experience and took away from what should have been a relaxing service. In all the massages I've received over the years, I've never had a therapist leave in the middle of a session for an administrative matter. The most disappointing part of the experience, however, was the interaction with the massage therapist after the service. Earlier in the session, she had asked about my massage preferences, and I referenced a massage professional I had seen in the past, using the term "masseuse" in a general sense. After the massage, as I was leaving, she did added, "By the way, I'm not a masseuse, I'm a licensed massage therapist," in a very rude, dismissive tone. I respect the importance of professional licensing and credentials. My concern was not the correction itself, but the manner in which it was delivered. The comment felt unnecessary in the context of our conversation and came across as abrupt and dismissive, especially after waiting until after the service to say something. My partner also independently noted that the therapist's demeanor throughout the service felt cold, bitter, and unwelcoming, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience. Overall, between the late start, shortened service time, interruption during the massage, and the customer service concerns, this was not the quality of experience we expected. Based on this visit, I would not personally return or recommend this spa to others.
