  As a mom that trusted this place for care of my little one that has never been in daycare I found very frustrating the amount of misinformation given to me . My daughter was there for 2 weeks only on those two weeks I was allow to walk her in her classroom on the first week day 5 I was stopped as I walked out and told I cannot do that ( ok that could have been told to me since day one ), then my little one was not eating at all( what I was expecting in the beginning ) her teacher told me I could pack lunch for her , I started doing that and noticed that they were not giving it to her just to find out it was not allowed as I walked out I when I stop and told “mom you’re not allowed to bring lunch you need to have a doctors notice “ ( Ok this could have been told to me since the beginning) . They use a Procare app were they can give you updates thru the day about your child when I asked the teacher if they ever used for pictures she say “ oh no we’re to busy they only use that for the little ones (the babies ) “we don’t have time “ . One of the teachers was stressed about to cry for the amount of kids she had in her classroom in the early morning till someone could come in later in the morning to fill in with her , that was in the first week when they let me walk in the classroom. My daughter was mostly on her extra change of clothes most of the days I pick her up , and the most frustrating part she is terrified about going to sleep now .As the days went by in the first week she was crying as a drop her off (expected ) bc she did not want to sleep in daycare bc it was dark . However I mentioned to the teacher and I understand that it take time for a kid to adjust but then she started mentioning a monster and then a panther that she was scared to sleep in daycare. As a mom I have a gut feeling that someone told her this things to “ make her go to sleep “ . Then I sent a message to let them know she’s no longer going there they took her out of their system in a heart beat and did not even ask why or if there was any problem …. This people clearly just want your money or they just did not like daughter !!! I would not recommend this place to NOBODY.
