They truly live up to their name. Rapid. Mr. Kenny Tucker was polite and communicated effectively throughout the process. I highly recommend this company for any roofing clean up, mold inspection, water damage and related services.
I was put In touch with Kenny Tucker from the Rapid Response team due to water damage in my home. Ken was easy to deal with. Informative with communication so I knew what was going on and when. Follow-up was thorough. Thanks Ken.
The Rapid Response Team was sent out to my townhome by my insurance company after I had water damage from a neighbor’s unit. Christian was great. He assessed what areas needed to be set up with fans and he got to work immediately. He kept a lock box at my home so that he could check on the moisture levels in my home while I was out of town. Christian was very flexible with my work schedule. I can’t recommend him enough. Excellent service!
Called my insurance company. Because a tree fell on my lanai. They sent Kenny Tucker out and let me say, AMAZING, quick response and clean up!!! Thanks Kenny!
Wow what a blessing and peace of mind dealing with Christian and the team from rapid response for our mold remediation. Especially with it being an apartment complex! The constant communication, professionalism, and thoroughness won us and many more over for years to come. Thank you again Christian and Rapid Response team!
