Ramirez Stucco Repair and Painting LLC

Ramirez Stucco Repair and Painting, LLC turned our home from a drab and sad grey to a vibrant yellow. When we come home, when we are outside, and when we have people over we are proud of our home's exterior. They painted my home two months prior to me writing this. I wanted to wait to see if there were any issues before writing this review. I think that I will break this review into categories that I think are important to me: 1. Cost - The cost of the service was slightly below what I had expected. They included pressure washing the house and pavers into the cost. And though the house required two coats of paint, I was only responsible for paying for the extra paint. This was very cost effective for me. 2. Listening - We were able to discuss the project very easily in the beginning. We were able to identify problematic areas and they offered solutions. They also responded when I identified problematic areas in the work and corrected the issue. 3. Quality - I looked for overspray, spills, sloppy cutting in, and carelessness. I was unable to any of them but one. Recently, when I was cleaning the windows, I did notice just a few drops of overspray on one window. To me that is pretty great! 4. Attitude - The crew always had a great attitude when they were at my house. They were respectful of us needing to enter and exit our home. They smiled when they saw us. Overall , I recommend this service.
