Polished Paint Pros

Polished Paint Pros are great guys to work with. Excellent communication the whole time, and the paint job was fantastic. Did a garage remodel and they made it look brand new, including some difficult repairs on the ceiling. Highly recommend. We will use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. We obtained estimates from several painting contractors, and while their proposal was competitive and comparable to the others, what set this company apart was their attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire process, beginning with the estimate itself. They were able to start the project within just a few days of our decision, arrived on time each day, and completed the work exactly within the timeframe they had promised. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and left the house clean and in excellent condition at the end of each day. We had the entire interior of our newly purchased home painted, including multiple rooms with several different colors. Despite the complexity of the project, their team completed the entire job in only three days, and every room looked beautiful. What impressed me most, however, was their commitment to quality after the painting was finished. The day after completion, we had a walkthrough with the project manager to ensure everything met expectations. During that walkthrough, he identified a few small areas that needed touch-up work and immediately arranged for their detail painter to return later that same day. The detail painter not only completed those items but conducted his own careful inspection of the entire house. During his review, he pointed out that he could still detect a slight shadow where a lighter paint color had been applied over a darker one. Honestly, I had not noticed it myself and would have been perfectly satisfied with the result. However, he felt it did not meet their standards. Even though the job had already been completed and paid for, he purchased an additional can of paint and applied another coat to ensure the finish was absolutely perfect. That level of pride in workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare to find today. It was clear throughout the entire process that this company cares deeply about the quality of their work and their reputation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for painters who are professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and truly stand behind their work.

Polished Paint Pros was outstanding! The whole process was fabulous from the estimate , to the communication and the actual painting day. The painters arrived 20 minutes early, removed their shoes and were quiet, neat and respectful. The owners, Christian and Trey were delightful and even dropped by to make sure I was happy. I am a professional artist and tend to be picky but I have no complaints. Definitely recommend!!

8/12/2025 - (SORRY , I don’t think I posted this review properly when the work was done). I re-called Trey & Christian (Polished Paint Pros) and they immediately set up an appointment to discuss another project (exterior Lanai door repainting - both sides). I didn’t get a group of estimates, since they did such a GREAT job on my previous project. The estimate was very reasonable, so I immediately scheduled to have the work done. Mike was sent to do the prep work and painting. He picked out the right paint type for my vinyl door, roughed up the old paint and painted a primer coat, and then finished it up with our color choices. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and fully explained his process. PPP’s will ALWAYS be my go source to for future projects.
