Toby was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions before, during, and after the installation. He showed up on time and made sure we understood everything about the system functioning. I'm very happy with our installation process.
Rainsoft Installer Roby Dickinson is the utmost professional. He paid attention to all the minute details, ensuring the installation is completed and correct in every way. When he placed the system on line, he double checked for leaks. He showed us how to download the app and walked us through the highlights of what we need to properly operate the system. Most important he checked the water for “softness”. Gave us the confidence we made the right decision. Great job, Roby!
Jennifer was great, there was a little bit of time to get an appointment, but she didn’t forget about me and was able to get us in. Eugene was our technician, and he was great!! Very professional and did an excellent job. He did a bit more than he bargained for, but he finished the job and was awesome. I would recommend this company to install your system.
I made the decision to get a whole house water treatment system through Rain Soft! Jack was a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to talk with. Toby is one of the most professional, efficient, and caring field service installer/techs that I’ve ever seen! Thank you Toby for an outstanding job! You are a rockstar!
I want to sincerely thank Jennifer for doing an outstanding job coordinating a technician to get my water treatment system back up and running. I also want to recognize Eugene, the technician, for his professionalism, expertise, and excellent service. The water treatment system does an exceptional job, and you truly don't realize how much you depend on it until it's not working. Thanks to Jennifer and Eugene, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend both of them and their business to anyone looking for reliable, professional service.
