Xavier was referred to me by my neighbor to assist with tightening the water hoses under the kitchen faucet. He informed I would need a new compression inlet and suggested I replace both. He charged me $130. He didn’t have the parts on him and suggested I get them as he would have to charge me $100 more. I purchased the parts on 12/6/24. I text him to let him know I had the parts and to let me know when he would be able to replace. He didn’t set up an appointment so I text him again on 12/10/24 to inquire when he could come replace. On 12/11/24 he text that he would be available on 12/14/24 or 12/15/24. He decided to make the appointment for 12/15/24 at 10am est. as I was not going to have him do any other services (we discussed him installing a new garage door opener). On 12/15/24 at 10am est. He did not show. I text him to inquire what time he would be coming. He text back and informed due to the rain he was going to come later so that he would not be in the mud and make a mess. I text for him to keep me posted. I hadn’t heard from him by 2pm so I text and inquired what time should I expect him to come finish fixing the faucet. He didn’t respond. He never came on 12/15/24 and never communicated he was not going to make it. I then text him on 12/16/24 and he has yet to respond. I would not refer this company to anyone for any type of service as they have been very unprofessional. He was paid and never rendered the service he was paid for. If I could give 0 stars I would!
Extremely pleased with the excellent service I received. I called late on a Saturday around 6:00 pm. Because I live close by, Xavior was able to be here in less than 30 minutes same day. He was able to replace a spring that had broken on my garage door and quoted me a fair price to replace it. I am 100% pleased with the service I received and recommended him and his company. Thank you!
Great service from Xavier - called on Friday and he came our Saturday to put caulk in our bathrooms and kitchen. Very professional and courteous! Last time he replaced my front door knob/lock. Will definitely use him again.
Thank you. Castro for servicing my Garage door within such a short notice. My garage door wires came off the springs and the door could not go up or down. I made the call to your company thinking that i would not be able to recieve service until the next day or several days later. I was surprised that your company was able to come right over and assist me with my broken garage door. God knows i did not want to leave my home with the garage door halfcocked open.
