Quest Real Estate

Cory helped my mother and I sell her home quickly and above asking price. We had multiple offers in less than 48 hours! Working with him throughout the process was such a wonderful experience, it was an easy decision to use them to find her rental home. We will definitely use Cory at Quest again for any of our future real estate needs.

Quest and Cory especially have been great to work with as they make our lives so much easier by taking our management burden and making it easy. All issues are dealt quickly and most importantly cost efficiently. They are professionals in every sense of the word and we would recommend to anyone looking for a great property manager.

Let me start by saying that I’m an owner of a small local business and I definitely understand what it takes to provide the best experience for my customers. Cory definitely provides a great landlord experience with fast response and genuine concerns for whatever condition needs his attention. We recently experienced a terrible situation with our rental and within minutes he showed up and sent a team within hours to resolve our issues. If he is the man behind the Quest company then there is no question about the level of class and quality of renting from them. Top notch service! Thanks Cory from my little family.

I've dealt with them for the past 2 0r 3 years and they have been very helpful from the beginning. They keep me informed and my statements are in the mail on time. They have made suggestions that have helped keep my property occupied since they started managing it for me. They also managed my sister's property with no complaints until she sold it. So yeah, these folks are great! Please don't be confused about the avatar or name, I am a satisfied property owner and my current Property Manager is Cory, right here inJacksonville! Great guy and keeps me informed!
