Pupuseria El Paraiso

Authentic and very good. We had sopa de res and la bandeja típica. The tortillas and pupusas were hand made, everything tasted freshly prepared. With that said, there may be a little bit of a wait time for the food to come out.

Finding a locally owned and delicious restaurant can be challenging - so glad to have found Pupuseria El Paraiso. Through them, I’ve found both. The revueltas are full of chicharon and queso, the salsita spicy and curtido fresh. The tamales for me (both chicken and elote) were perfectly seasoned and delectable. The service thereafter was the lasting impression. It feels like coming to your tia’s house, where you will be welcomed with love, comida and a lasting presence. Please give them a try!!

I have never had food from El Salvador but now I am hooked. The food is amazing and the staff is so friendly. Food is always hot and fresh and prepared quickly. This has become my favorite place to eat. The owner is so sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone looking for good quality food. 10/10.

We were very excited to share the foods from their country with us. I had picked an item that was not really Salvadoran and she let me know. I had told her I wanted the authentic experience. She told us the most important was the Pupusa. We ordered 3. And the Yuka Fries with pork. Crispy pork with tender centers. Yum Next time we got the Platter and tacos pastor and carne asada and extra papas.
