Proforce Pest Control - Jacksonville

Said we could pay with gift card since we dont like putting our cards on file fraud. For 6 months they accepted the payment. Everyday from Nov-Mar they called me about outstanding balances which I kept putting new cards on. It wasn’t until March I was told they dont accept gift cards. I told the sales person Garrett that was the condition of hire. They wont accept cash either. They even kept charging me for services they did not complete charging me up to $300 when they hadn’t been to my property since November as I told them Dec-Feb I didn’t need service. Service was subpar at best. Customer Service was no help at all. Avoid this company.

Amazing service!!! Highly recommend if you are battling fire ants mosquitoes and spiders. The technicians are awesome My yard has never looked better, thank you Proforce!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. A salesman named Ash came to my home and told me I had a "huge" spider infestation that needed immediate treatment. This was alarming because I haven't seen spiders in my home. The biggest issue is that I already have an established pest control company. Concerned by what I was told, I called them, and they came out the same day to inspect my home. They thoroughly checked the areas Ash claimed were a problem and found no spider infestation or evidence of the serious issue he described. Whether this was a scare tactic or simply poor inspection, it left me feeling misled and pressured into buying a service I didn't need. Using fear to sell door-to-door services is not something I can support. I would encourage anyone approached by this company to get a second opinion before signing up for anything. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
