I selected this location based on google reviews. I had one session. The counselor met with me first for a few moments, asked one question and failed to listen when I began response. She then took my family member back and spoke with them. During that session she made judgmental statements about myself and another member of the family (one she had never met with). I felt it was necessary to speak with her again to gain some insight and clarification about the situation and statements, in case there had been a misunderstanding. I called and left 3 voicemails, and 2 personal messages with the administrator. I did finally receive a call back, but not from the counselor. I do not feel biblical principals were utilized or applied during our brief encounter. I will not be continuing service at this location and would recommend families also avoid this provider.

I went to this place because my mother did not look into it and saw that it was convenient and cheap so we went. The woman I spoke to told me to take drugs to calm myself and help with my frustration. I feel that when I spoke to her I learned more about her than I did myself. I hope that people read this review and consider another facility for counseling.

In just a few sessions Ida helped me through a rough patch. She gave me the tools I needed and played a big part in saving a family relationship.
