I frequently visit Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in St. Augustine for IV therapy, and I always have an excellent experience. The facility is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere helps you feel at ease the moment you walk in. The owner is very professional, and everyone on the staff is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The nurses are wonderful and make every treatment a pleasant experience. One of my favorite features is the high-end massage chairs, along with the large-screen TV that displays beautiful and relaxing scenes from around the world, including oceans and peaceful landscapes. They also provide a cozy blanket and oxygen during therapy, which makes the experience even more comfortable. In addition to IV therapy, they offer several wellness options designed to help improve your overall health and well-being. I highly recommend Prime IV Hydration & Wellness to anyone looking for a professional, relaxing, and welcoming place to support their health.

I had a fantastic experience at Prime IV! The facility is incredibly clean, calm, and professional. The staff takes the time to consult with you to ensure you get exactly what you need, and the nurses are exceptionally gentle and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about the RN Ami she is truly a blessing. She makes your entire day and you want to keep coming back. Sitting in their zero-gravity massage chairs while getting my IV made it feel like a true 'one-hour vacation'. I left feeling completely revitalized and it's truly all because of Ami. She is the best!!!

Charli was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. Her professionalism and compassionate attitude made the experience so much better. Excellent experience and truly outstanding customer service! I visited Prime IV Hydration for my first NAD+ treatment and had the pleasure of working with Ami. She took the time to understand my personal wellness and anti-aging goals and thoroughly explained the benefits and different options available. After learning more, I felt confident signing up for a package during my visit. Ami even followed up with me the next day to see how I was feeling after my first treatment, which I really appreciated. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
