The doctor was nice, but they were running really far.Behind. my hand's been in once for a consultation. Call back to schedule and the girl that answered the phone told me that they don't schedule any appointments on the phone. What? Then, tells me I need to talk to sarah and I should call back. So I called back and I waited on, hold for ten minutes.She gets on the phone and is almost combative. It tells me she's the one that gets authorization.She's not the medical staff and if i'm on a schedule an appointment, I need to talk to them. I told her the VA already did authorization. For the procedure, and she started arguing with me. In nasty tone, And when I asked her why she it was being so combative, she stuck me on, hold for a full min so I asked to talk to the medical staff like she suggested, and she said, no, you can't talk to them.They are with patients and running ninety minutes.Behind. refused to leave a message. Changing offices!

The macclenny office is terrible. You sit there over a hour waiting on them to call you back even though YOU made it there on time. Then days they just decide they aren't going to be there on time so have you waiting on people to get to work before anyone gets called back. Then you have 20 people ahead of you.. I'm so sick of this office wasting people's time. Why schedule appointments if your not taking people back according to their appointment times instead of when they sign in??? All they do is push pills on people and not care what's going on. The orange park office the employees are just rude as can be. Who runs this place???

At the time of my first appointment I had already cycled through two series of injections at another well known pain center in a new multi-million dollar 5 story building just off JTB. They did nothing to reduce my back pain. Dr Andrawis was amazing. His demeanor was calming and reassuring. At that time I could barely walk to the mailbox and back. It took three sessions of moaning to stop and rest my back to finish. After 3 months of treatment on my right side I could walk around the block with my wife and mow my yard in one 20 minute set. Long story short, I’ve now completed my left side series and this past weekend I completed a 2 1/2 mile hike in North Carolina with my daughter and wife. I’m 76 years old and just got my life back! Thank you Dr Andwaris, (not sure if the spelling)

It's supposed to be a pin management but the only thing they seem to manage are the excuses the come up with. Most unprofessional front office staff. They make they're patients wait days before sending in prescriptions to the pharmacy. It's sad
