Preferred Roofing

Kevin Strickland was the person who came to my house. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the process. He made every step of the process easy to understand. I had 3 choices to choose from submitted by my insurance company. I selected Preferred Roofing over all of them. They scheduled the work. Did what they said would be done, And the job was done in 2 days. I LOVE my new roof. It gives my house a whole new look. I would highly recommend Preferred Roofing. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thank You for a job well done!! Frances Smith Orange Park, FL.

They were prompt to get out and give an estimate because I had a leak at my chimney! They gave me an extremely fair quote, returned quickly to do the repairs before I had any more water damage, and finished it up to my great satisfaction before asking for a dime! I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs:)

Kevin was a great representative for Preferred Roofing. He came to the house and had an info packet and went over everything we could expect during the roofing process The roofers did a great job and even had an employee who’s job was to patrol the property and clean any and debris created The roofers did a great job and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process from start to finish

Noted leak in kitchen ceiling area, called and response was quick. Kevin came out and was very thorough in his inspection and discussed all aspects of what was causing the leak, pricing, procedures, etc. Spent about 2 hours at the house being diligent in all areas. As the work could not be done right away due to weather, Kevin made sure to cover and protect the area before he left. It seemed to hold up well to the rains, which was of a great relief to me. as it took about. a week to get scheduled. Renah was prompt in her communication with me and scheduled me as soon as the weather permitted. James and his crew showed up about mid morning and got right to the work. Did all repairs on the roof and never had to go into the attic. Crew got all the work done in about 3 hours and off they went. Would highly recommend them!
