Powell Family Jacksonville Roof Repair

i had major damage on my 4 year old roof and asked a realtor i know for a roofer recommendation in Jacksonville. i am very glad i called company: Powell Family Jacksonville Roof Repair first. Jamie answered the phone, and within a few minutes i could tell i reached the right roofing company. Jamie went over the paperwork, permits, materials, and warranty details, and explained all my questions in a clear and friendly way. The roof inspection was smooth too. he arrived on time, checked the shingles, flashing, decking, and other problem areas, and showed me exactly what needed roof replacement. he also handled the insurance claim paperwork and phone calls, which made the whole process much easier and took a lot of stress off me. On installation day, the crew showed up early and completed the full roofing job that same afternoon. After they left, the property was spotless. I did not find a single nail, scrap, or piece of shingle anywhere, and the cleanup was just as impressive as the install. The new roof color was matched very well with my brick and the overall style of my home, so the final result looks beautiful. I also appreciated that top quality roofing materials were used, and the documentation helped support better value for my home insurance. In Jacksonville’s heat, it was good to know the materials and workmanship were chosen with durability and long term protection in mind. From the first call to the final cleanup, the whole experience was professional, organized, and easy. I would gladly call again for any future roof repair, roof replacement, or exterior work.

My experience with Powell Family Jacksonville Roof Repair began when Earl came to my home to look over the roofing issue in person. That kind of hands-on service really stood out. Earl was honest, straightforward, skilled, and easy to talk with, which made the whole roof repair process feel much less stressful. After that, I was connected with Nolan, who was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When it came time to get estimates, I contacted three roofers. I was honestly surprised when I saw this quote because it was thousands lower than the other two, while still covering the full roof scope. I even called to confirm everything was included, and Nolan made it clear that it was. I decided to move forward feeling confident. There was a small delay in communication about when the shingles would arrive, but it was handled and everything worked out fine. Once the roofing job started, Jamie did a great job managing the crew and keeping me updated on each step, from materials to installation to cleanup. That steady communication made a big difference. The whole project was handled with real care and attention. I also appreciated how the team explained what to expect with the roof install, especially with the hot weather and normal roofing concerns in Florida. After the work was done, they followed up quickly, inspected everything carefully, and made sure the shingles and flashing were secure and the finished roof looked solid. If you need a new roof or roof replacement, I highly recommend them. What I expected to be a stressful roofing project turned out to be smooth, well managed, and much easier than I imagined.

I’m very happy with the re-roofing work. From the first call to the final cleanup, the crew was professional, on time, and easy to work with. They kept the job site neat and made the whole roofing process simple and organized. They added three ridge vents, and that has made a big difference in reducing attic heat, which is especially helpful in Florida’s hot weather. They also carefully removed and reinstalled our solar system and upgraded the supports to meet current code requirements. Earl, Landon, and Jamie were quick to answer questions and handle small changes during the project. The price was fair and reasonable, especially compared with other recent roofing jobs nearby. We were told their roofing systems are built to prevent leaks, and that focus on quality really showed in the finished work. The new roof looks clean and sharp, and the ridge vents give it an even better finished appearance. They also replaced damaged fascia boards and wood boards where needed, and the workmanship was excellent. The contract details and payment schedule were clear and easy to understand. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them for any roofing work.

We recently had our second roofing job done by earl and nolan’s crew in Jacksonville. The first roof was installed many years ago, and they have taken care of service needs since then at no cost to us, which really shows they stand behind their roofing work. The crew was polite, skilled, and very professional from start to finish. We have large garden beds and landscaping around our home, and they were very careful not to damage anything while removing the old shingles and installing the new roof. They added ridge vents for better attic airflow, and the whole reroof project was completed in just several hours. total. amazing. The new roof looks great, the workmanship is solid, and they cleaned up all debris and materials before leaving. i highly recommend them for any roofing service.
