We've been to Pour Taproom downtown Jacksonville many, many times since they opened. I thought I'd finally share a new review of our latest visit because we both tried things we'd never had before. I tried their wings for the first time. I chose Lemon Pepper which is one of my go to's along with Garlic Parm. They weren't they biggest wings in history and but they were very tasty and VERY crispy. I think they're priced right for the size compared to what you see around town. I was honestly surprised by how crispy they were. I'd get them again based on this first experience. My wife tried their Steak Burger for the first time, having tried their Smash Burger previously. She liked their smash burger but loved their steak burger. She usually orders her burgers cooked Medium. She said she was asked if she wanted this burger cooked "pink or no pink", so she asked for pink. It was cooked to her liking, so that's good. It's worth noting that she really likes the seasoning they put on their fries as well. One of the reasons we love Pour is that we're downtown a lot for events and the location is fantastic, especially since they're connected to a parking garage. Another reason we love Pour is because they have a Golden Tee Golf machine and we love playing that game. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience! I had an amazing experience at Pour Taproom! The atmosphere was welcoming, the vibes were great, and the customer service was exceptional! A special shoutout to Byron, our awesome bartender! He truly made the experience memorable with his wonderful personality, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Byron definitely went above and beyond! If you’re visiting Por Taperoom, make sure you ask for Byron. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Byron, for such a wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be back! 🍹🥂❤️
Stopped in for a quick bite—this was my second visit. The smash burger was a little dried out, but the fries were amazing. My cousin loved the po-boy, and the kids enjoyed the cheese pizza. Really appreciated the kitchen manager making it right and bringing out warm beignets—such a great touch and delicious dessert. Will be back!
My wife & I were walking downtown looking for a place to eat a late lunch at when we found this amazing gem! The atmosphere, the food, the staff, EVERYTHING beyond amazing! When we mentioned to Shane the manager it was our 17 year anniversary he went above and beyond to make sure it was the BEST experience we could EVER have! Pour is definitely a business I would recommend, and definitely a great place to have a party or special event at! Hopefully this won't be the last time I am able to be here! Do yourselves justice & come to Pour Taproom!!!!!!
We came here today to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were absolutely blown away! The atmosphere is wonderful! We had Josie as our server and she was fantastic! Attentive to our needs but not at all pushy or rushed. The manager, Shane, brought our food out and he was incredibly kind and professional. We did not have our kids with us but I noticed Shane interacting with another customers young child (after getting the parents permission of course) on the stage and he brought out some blocks for her to play with! As a mom, I thought that was an inctedibly kind gesture on his part! I'm not much of a drinker but my husband got the band for the tap and the variety available was amazing! Definitely something for everyone's taste! 1000% recommend pour taproom! We will definitely be back!
