Porsche Service Center St. Augustine

My Cayenne was recently serviced here. I am beyond pleased with my experience from Marguerite. There were parts that needed to be replaced unexpectedly in addition to my oil change. My warranty expired just days later. Marguerite ensured my car was repaired in a timely manner, and that a loaner was issued to me. Her professionalism and prompt service with a smile makes me feel confident and relaxed about the quality of care I receive here. When I decided to trade in my car for a new one, she asked Carl to reach out to me. Carl treated me with the same care and attention. I was happy to purchase my car from him.

Porsche St. Aug spent days trying to figure out why my car was pulling after a flat tire. Alden, the manager came and spoke with me, took me back to work area and went over the possible issues with me. Margurite the service associate is also great. I am thankful to have this service center so close to Nocatee.

Margurite is the best advisor, always takes great care of me! I come all the way from Jacksonville to service my car instead of going to Porsche location close to me .
