Best bagels in town hands down! You cannot get fresher than these. We’ve been here multiple times since they opened and we always have such a good experience. The customer service is stellar, specially Mila, she’s the sweetest and so attentive. We will for sure continue to satisfy all our bagel cravings here :)

Just five bagels done right—plain, everything, salted, sesame, and poppy. And honestly, that focus shows. Each bagel comes out warm, crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, exactly how a great bagel should be. The schmear selection adds just the right amount of variety, complementing the bagels without overpowering them. Everything tastes fresh, intentional, and well-balanced. What really adds to the experience is the vibe. The space is fun and upbeat, the line moves quickly, and the service is efficient without ever feeling rushed. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, making you feel excited to be there—even during a busy rush. Pop Up Bagels proves you don’t need a complicated menu to stand out. When the product is this good, simplicity becomes the star. If you’re at the Town Center and craving a proper hot, fresh bagel, this spot is absolutely worth stopping for. 🥯✨ Wish they had seating inside the shop where you can sit and enjoy the bagels.

Amazingly delicious and fresh hot bagels! Hands down one of, if not -the- best bagel I've had (and we're visiting from New York and know a thing or two about good bagels). We tried the plain, everything, and salt bagels with plain schmear and it was better than we could have hoped! Staff was super helpful and friendly, we will absolutely stop at this (and other pop up bagels) in the future as we find them!

PopUp Bagels seems designed to distribute large orders of freshly prepared bagels and cream cheeses in a quick and efficient manner. Both my bagel and cream cheese were among the best I’ve tasted. I was able to purchase just one bagel as a courtesy of the staff, which was much appreciated. Typically, this business only sells bagels in volume with no individual options. There was only one small table to eat inside and one small four-top table to eat outside. Thankfully a space was available outside as I was out walking and couldn’t “take my bagel home” readily. Great bagels, could use more seating for enjoyment of customers. Staff is very friendly indeed!
