Great job locating and solving our issue. Also, he pointed out a couple other items that we may want to have a plumber review. Very professional. Worked efficiently.
Our Condo community of 160 units recently contacted Pop-A-Clog, Inc. to address a number of clogged underground gutter pipes on our property. Craig came out and after reviewing one of the areas, recommended using their hydro jet process. He wrote a very reasonable quote, along with a date they would be available to complete the project. Craig and Alex arrived as scheduled and began using the hydro jet to remove dirt and debris from the pipes. They were completely cleared in no time at all. This process also identified several pipes that were not draining properly into the storm drain. They may have been crushed or damaged from roots, needing to be repaired at some point. We are very pleased with their service, efficiency and advice on how to move forward.
Steve & Craig are the best. Not only do they provide quality work but they care about their customers. We had a major emergency at my elderly parent's home. The plumbing issue was taken care of quickly and at a reasonable cost. They explained and fixed the problem. Pop A Clog operates at a high level of integrity. Five stars is not enough for this company. Truly appreciate these gentlemen and wish them nothing but continued success.
I would recommend this company to any and everyone having draining issues. Not only are they very knowledgable and well-experienced, but they communicate very well. We had a really bad grease build up in our kitchen pipe. So bad to the point it was not draining at all- Craig came out quickly and took care of us. Very professional and friendly, took his time doing a very great job. Highly recommend!
Craig Berger came out to our house within an hour and assessed our situation, even used his tools and some labor to really find the issue with no charge. Gave plenty of suggestions on how we can get the work done. He was very helpful and understanding.
