Not overly thrilled with the title company. We didn't chose them the seller did. The closer didn't know what she was doing and was requiring amendments to our contract that were not even needed. They are the title company they should not be getting involved with the contract between the buyer and seller. That did finally get that worked out. The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice. The attorney, Timothy, that did the closing did not say a single word to us. Did not even to congratulate us after the closing. All he did was provide the signature pages for us to sign. Like the final 1003, we did not get the 1003 only the signature page so we had no idea what was on the final 1003 before signing it. Just not a very nice place. We just went into contract and choose a different title company, no way were we going to working with them agsain.
Our family enjoyed an incredible customer service experience! Lynn stayed late to wait for the transaction to close and ensured we had all of our questions answered. Ponte Vedra Title LLC is a tremendous group of professionals!
Exceptionally responsive, prompt and professional. I could not be more impressed compared to other title companies I have used previously. Mary was an exceptional representative and agent of their services. I could not recommend them more highly. They also worked very well remotely with excellent transparency around all activities, friendly and patient as documentation moved back and forth. Again, exceptional service!
As a real estate agent, I have worked with Ponte Vedra Title on multiple occasions. They always do a fantastic job during the process and really take care of buyers and sellers. On this occasion I was fortunate to work with Senida as our closing coordinator. She was fantastic! Responses were quick, professional, detailed and informative. If you have the chance to work with Senida, you can feel rest assured that your closing process will be efficient and smooth and handled with white gloves from beginning to end. It was a terrific experience and I look forward to our next closing together. Thank you Senida and PV Title!
A pleasant establishment to work with. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they provide an excellent assortment of complimentary snacks and beverages for customers.
