Kathleen at Anderson is thorough, conscientious, and a FABULOUS agent. Highly recommend contacting them rather than continuing with some of the other agencies that rely on automated services instead of a more personal touch which DOES matter. I just received my flood insurance renewal notification and the price was ridiculously higher than last year. I left this policy on "autopilot" since 2022 when I purchased my condo - big mistake. I contacted Anderson Agency and spoke with Kathleen about taking over my insurance from my previous agency. We talked strategy (increasing deductibles) and she promised to review my current condo and flood policies to see what she could do. She was able to double my flood coverage and reduce my premium to TEN PERCENT of what the current renewal was going to cost. Shame on me for letting this go for this long. However, props to me for finding the best agent possible to take care of all of my property insurance needs. Can't recommend highly enough!!
