Thank you so much ponte Vedra golf carts. We went to six golf cart companies before we made our decision. Ponte Vedra golf carts was not the last place that we went. We actually ended up coming back after doing all of our research. We decided to go with a club car because of the quality and the company history. It also has an aluminum body which will not rust. After looking up used golf carts you can tell that the club cart also maintains its value. So when we decide to sell our golf cart we know that we're going to get top dollar for it. The salesman was very friendly and very knowledgeable. And they were able to offer us incredible financing.
Brandon has been a dream to work with!!! He was responsive, accommodating(Came to my office to make the signing process easier), efficient and very knowledgeable. This could not have been a better process, thanks to Brandon!
Please don’t buy from here. So many better options in the area. Bought our cart 3.5 years ago. 6 passenger, lithium Ion batteries, and high speed gears. A year later, the front end was falling apart because the one they use is not beefy enough, we spent $1200 to get a better one + new tires. A year later, after many battery failures and getting stranded, we had an entirely new battery system put in. They never told us we could only use 50% of the battery otherwise the cart just shuts down 🤷. Now we are dealing with all sorts of motor problems. We are learning that the configuration then use with the high speed gears and motor is destined for problems down the road. We tried using them to service the cart 3 times and their communication was poor. The whole sales process was even lack luster and poor on communication. I don’t dish out 1 stars often but for a $20,000 cart, the value and customer experience has been poor.
I am extremely happy with the service I received from Brandon at Ponte Vedra Golf Carts. He walked me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable about what to look for when buying a golf cart. He wasn't pushy with the product, which was really appreciated. I felt ready to make an informed decision when going through the process. In the end, Brandon had the best deal and was the most helpful salesperson I could ask for. The golf cart arrived within the promised 2 weeks. Working with him was a pleasure, and I highly recommend it!
Great Service, I highly recommend them. Our sales person was Brandon and he was so knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He made the whole process so easy for us. My cart was delivered to my house 2 days prior to the scheduled date. In addition, our delivery driver was very helpful and thorough with explaining everything about the cart. A+++
