As we were planning a move to Nocatee for the beginning of on July we started researching golf carts online. We wanted to make sure we could have a cart all ready to go right when we arrived to enjoy the 4th festivities. After calling Chris at Golf Cart World a call he was super helpful. I continued to real search Venom EV carts and Golf Cart World. They are clearly a great company with strong roots and reputation in Nocatee so decided to go with them. Chris was great to deal with and was able to get the exact spec cart ordered and delivered in time just before the 4th festivities. Could be happier with the cart or the service.
After visiting numerous golf cart dealers, we immediately knew that we’d purchase from Golf Cart World. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make the client satisfied. The Venom cart we purchased is well made, easy to drive and simply awesome to look at! Chris delivered the cart and is always available for questions. Thanks to Chris and Artem for making our purchase experience so easy. We highly recommend going to Chris and his company, Golf Cart World!
Purchased a golf cart while living in Oregon before I moved to Florida. Chris made this a seamless purchase and their customer service is unmatched! Also very knowledgeable for all things related to golf carts.
Chris was fantastic to work with! Not only is very knowledgeable, he’s very upfront and honest. No gimmicky high pressure sales tactics, no added fees or surprises when it comes to checking out. Great selection of colors, and he does a great job of thoroughly showing you all the features, maintenance etc. After a horrendous experience purchasing our last cart I’m upset we didn’t find Chris first! Cannot recommend him enough!
We were looking to upgrade our cart without spending 20K. Looking for a 4 forward. This Venom cart is made in the USA!! It's quality and warranty rival the big 3. The value is outstanding. With that said it really is about the dealer. Chris is a straight up no pressure owner. He knows the cart will sell itself. Also he has a young man working for him who is so nice and well spoken. I would have no problem recommending Golf Cart World to anyone. Congrats to a well run LOCAL business.
