He help navigate thru a very strange warrenty issue at the store and stayed by my side until it was completely resolved. Pompa Plumbing came to solve an alarm on my hot water tank as a Rheem contractor. They were prompt from the first call to an immediate response through the entire service. The technician was very nice, polite and worked efficiently and effectively. He diagnosed the problem as well as the cause which included another issue outside our warranty coverage. He quickly checked, at my request, the cost of the repair which I agreed to. Again, he worked quickly and efficiently through the repair and had our water heater back on line in a short time. His craftsmanship was evident and went above and beyond to provide a solution.

I had a problem with my hot water heater so I called the manufacturer who gave me a list of approved plumbers. I called every plumber on the list and had some ridiculous quotes-charging me $370 just for a diagnostic fee. once I found Pompa Plumbing they just gave me one very reasonable rate to fix the problem. The wonderful guy who came spent over two hours trying to figure out the issue. He eventually found it was a solenoid problem he fixed it. I paid the rate and was happy to leave a tip and my hot water is now back. This company is an honest company who charges a very good price who you should absolutely trust.

Carlos did an awesome job. He was on time, courteous, experienced and very friendly. He worked very fast and efficiently. It's took longer for us to check out at home depot then him replacing our water heater. They were very easy to work with accommodating with scheduling. I would definitely recommend them.
