Overall score seems inflated for this group. They may be higher than a single star, but not in my experience. We needed a pipe lining. Paid $400 or so to get a video, only for them to tell us that we now need to spend $2400 for a cleaning to confirm the video results. Then we got a $20k estimate, which didn't even include the city fees. As in, the $20k didn't even go to whatever city permit fee was required and they didn't know what that was going to be. Any questions we had were responded to with legal language and they never bothered to follow up when the conversation got quiet. On top of that, the workers broke our toilet taking it off, and didn't bother to tell us. We had to chase them to fix what was an obvious error on there side. And, they left equipment at our house 3 different times. I had a walkie talkie left on my roof, batter chargers and plastic pumps left in the garage. So, they had to come back to the house and interrupt over and over again. In the end, we went with Superior plumbing. Cost was 20% or more less and no hassle from the workers. The lining from them is working great.
Everyone was so courteous , informative and helpful. Their smiles helped to minimize any stress that I was feeling about possible outcome. i would recommend in a heartbeat! Lyn S
THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT! Roots growing into our sewer line. Root killer would NOT have helped. It was a bit frustrating at first. When you call, the people answering are not in Jacksonville. They also charge $400 to do a mandatory video inspection. Others offered a free inspection. I called 3 other companies for an estimate. These guys are def the least expensive but they also have the most experience. They work all over the country, focusing only on pipe relining. We have a very old section of 100 y/o cast iron pipe, under a 2 story building. I felt more comfortable with this very experienced company. Not much goes to plan when you have such an old house. Long story short, they were incredibly competent. A section of our old cast iron started to collapse as I was watching in real time via their underground camera! They got to work on it immediatly! We were good to go within a single day! Thanks Buck and Ray!!!! First couple of photos show heavy corrosion and root infiltration (via underground video camera). Last photo is newly relined sewer pipe.
Very professional and thorough. Everything was explained in a way we understood but not in a condescending way. Would definitely recommend this company.
They reviewed my relining job and were not satisfied with the lining on the guest bathroom sink. I also had a couple of issues with recaulking the toilets. Their crew arrived on time. Relined the pipe to their satisfaction (I had no idea) and did all the small things we had requested at no additional fee. Finding a company these days that is focused on customer satisfaction is rare. It is too early for me to say whether the relining job will last for decades, but we were very pleased with PRS.
