Pilot Travel Center

So about 2am in the morning, I came into the store. Emily was standing by the subway ready to serve. I told her that I needed about 15 sandwiches. She started to glove up and prepare for the challenge until I told her that I was just joking. However, just the fact that she was ready to serve me, regardless of the task made me feel like I was seen!! Thanks Emily for all that you do for me and the other customers you rock!!! 1 day I will come in and really order those 15 sandwiches lol 😆

Sunday June 28th lunch time. I didnt get his name but the young man working subway is amazing. Left to work alone and does not stress at his long line and keeps excellent customer service: think they should have more than one employee there at lunch but wanted to give him a shout out and definitely earned the 5 star review/

After 4 years in trucking and being a loyal Pilot customer, I think I’ve been to almost every Pilot truck stop in USA. This is by far the dirtiest and worst smelling Pilot I have ever visited. Management seriously needs improvement, and the store needs a manager who is more ambitious and takes pride in keeping the place clean and professional.

Not a fan of gas stations that with close pumps. I didn't like this spot at all. There is just enough room to get a car or sub in. Barely. I don't know if they were tight on space when building, but it sucks. Other than that, the gas prices are decent. You can also tap to pay at the pump, which I personally prefer.
