⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really enjoyed stopping at this Pilot Travel Center in St. Johns, Florida! This is a great stop for anyone traveling through the area, especially professional drivers who spend a lot of time on the road. The entire location was clean, organized, and well maintained, which makes a big difference when you’ve been driving for hours. The fuel area was easy to navigate, and there was plenty of room to get in, fuel up, and get back on the road without a lot of hassle. Inside, the store had a good selection of snacks, drinks, food, and everything else you might need during a long trip. The restrooms were clean and well kept, and the overall facility had a nice, comfortable feel. I also really appreciated the customer service here. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the stop even better. It’s always nice to walk into a truck stop where the employees take pride in the facility and treat customers well. For drivers, having a clean place to stop, stretch your legs, grab something to eat, use the restroom, and take care of what you need makes all the difference. This Pilot definitely delivered on that. Overall, a very nice Pilot Travel Center and a great place to stop while traveling through St. Johns, Florida. I would definitely stop here again and recommend it to other drivers and travelers passing through the area. 🚛⛽️⭐️
All that I can say is, the shower is amazing. Hot water— great. Spacious shower room— great. Water pressure— amazing! You can definitely get in/ out of this place quickly, if you choose to. Separately, this location stays pretty busy all night in comparison to Zoo Parkway— which is very quiet overnight. They also don't have showers so it's probably to be expected. But, I highly recommend this spot for the convenience of amenities.
After a horrible experience at another Pilot that made me leave and drive to the next closest location, this store was a breath of fresh air\. The employees here were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful\. They went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for and completely turned my day around\. Gina was an absolute sweetheart and provided outstanding customer service\. Because of how I was treated here, I’ll be stopping at this Pilot from now on\. I wish every Pilot trained their employees the way this location does\. Thank you for making such a frustrating day so much better\!
I rarely ever give gas stations good reviews, but this bathroom is so clean and actually smells good. I was very impressed. The whole place including the McDonald's attached to it is very clean
It is a smaller Pilot, but it is really clean and well organized. Easy to get into with our nüCamp travel trailer, clean lot, working pumps and card readers, clean restroom with goop-like hand cleanser, and several self checkout kiosks that were actually really easy to use. There’s a McDonalds attached.
