Pier 21 Realty has been an absolute blessing for me. I’ve thoroughly watched all the FL real estate chapter videos; they’re incredibly detailed and informative. I genuinely appreciate your efforts. Thank you so much!

I am able to speak from a student perspective after watching all of your YouTube videos for the Florida Real Estate course. I took an online course because it was all I was able to do due to my job, but I would go to YouTube to watch your videos to actually learn the content. Thanks for being a great teacher and an expert professional! Edited to add that I passed my exam on the first try and I have to thank you for it.
I originally signed up for the 63-hour pre-licensing course through another company and really struggled to understand the material. Then I found Pier 21 Realty’s YouTube channel, and it completely changed the game for me. Philip’s videos and his way of explaining the content helped everything finally click, and I passed my Real Estate Exam on the first try! I honestly wish I had found them sooner. I just signed up for the 45-hour post-licensing course with Pier 21 Realty School, and I’m genuinely excited for what’s ahead. I owe so much of my success to Philip and Pier 21 Realty. If you’re thinking about starting your real estate journey, I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you, Philip and Pier 21 Realty!
Great experience working with Philip S. He has an intuitive sense of the market and creative abilities to get the job done. He and his team should be on your list to get a marketing plan in play to move you forward with your real estate needs. Please check them out.
Philip Simonetta’s classes on the Pier 21 Realty/Real Estate and Pizza YouTube channel are excellent! Clear, focused, and super helpful to get prepared for the Florida Real Estate exam. I wish I had found these videos sooner. I highly recommend to anyone studying for exam!
