My experience with this place was horrible. Ms Crystal and Ms. Ronnie did a great job. The rest of the staff was not gentle or caring. Their customer service needs a lot of work. They refused to treat me anymore. I believe my healing process would have been better with a better environment.

Wheeww, this is my first time here . Can you say bad customer service, Shanon? I almost left out . And I hope the rest of the stuff is more perfessional. Let's get this straight, Shanon. You got mad bc they sent the stuff after hours. You said to me rudely that it was going to take awhile bc they sent the stuff after hours and that was at 10 :30 something you asked me rudely did I get into an accident I said yes that's when you went saying rudely that yal wasn't even there and all that. I told you I didn't care that I wasn't in no rush bc I know how things are trying to let you know to just take your time bc I do understand. Shanon, it's how you talk to people. I guess you've been rude to people so long you think it's the normal thing to do. Also, you said you've been there for 13 years, and it shows your love and compassion and respect for others has gone. Over the years, you let people bring you down, and it's really caused you to really loose yourself. But I do hope your day gets better. Also, from what I've witnessed, there is no compassion for the job. And I say that bc my child BP was 171/121, she didn't notify me of that, and I would have thought that would have been a major concern . To say or even ask the child was she feeling ok and say, "Let me check it again. The arnp was shocked as I was and told her to check it again . But think what if her BP was actually that high, and she didn't notify me of the situation 🤔. But what I realized is that it's just a paycheck to some . Bedside manners, caring, understanding, compassion. Some people get mad when they do something wrong and get caught or if you even mention anything to them, especially if you say anything back.

Any accident is unfortunate but when a young child is injured, it is somehow worse and when that young child belongs to you, it is heartbreaking. The staff and doctors here are so gentle with my daughter. She has been through so much and is handling it like a trooper. I don’t know if she would be doing as well as she is without these wonderful and caring people.

You see nothing but smiling faces here from the moment you are greeted by the receptionist until the moment you are wished a good day upon exit. I’m convinced that positive atmosphere contributed to the healing process.
