Shawn and his assistant were prompt, pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job of explaining what was going on and got my drain snaked and my toilet fixed in no time at all. I feel like the service was reasonably priced for how quickly they responded and how well they did. I would recommend and will call again for any other issues.
Return customer. I previously used the same company as out HVAC for plumbing and feel like a fool because the pricing and level of customer service at peyton plumbing is far superior. I’ve since switched to smaller companies for both hvac and plumbing. My experiences with peyton plumbing have all been five stars. Good communication, fair pricing (much more reasonable that my previous company), professional knowledgeable staff. They don’t try to upsell you to replace things for more that are easily repaired for less. It’s easy to get an appointment. They’re on time. I have no complaints and will use them again.
Plumbing pipe backup. Very timely .. even had to go get another piece of equipment. Provided access to 50.00 coupon I was not aware of. Would definitely use again and would definitely refer. Very happy.
Scott and Ed came out the same day we called, and did a tremendous job for us — very thorough, professional, and cost efficient. Highly recommend!
Your technician was early (that's always good). He identified the problem, effected the repair, and checked the other faucet supply lines to confirm their integrity. Excellent service.
