Ashleigh and Elias have been great to work with as I looked for a space. They helped get me set up and were very accommodating of some unexpected timeline challenges on my side. Ashleigh in particular has been awesome and very communicative. I look forward to working with them.
Truly the quintessential slum lords. I was rented an apartment under the assumption these were decent people. Despite the apartment having a broken AC with zero function, no door knobs on half the rooms in the apartment, a broken light on the walk up staircase to the apartment, and 3 foot by 2 foot gaping hole under the sink letting in pests and critters. I was ignored for 6 months on the topic and instead of being helped I was demonized and punished by them for it even when in an act of diplomacy I decided not to sue them when I fell down those stairs and was injured due to their neglect of me as a tenant. Since then I have experienced discrimination, harrassment, and predator fee practices. Specifically shouting out Bethany Salcan for being particularly awful of a human. After they threatened to evict me for wanting those things fixed.. I bit the bullet and relinquished money to pay the fees and just move on in hopes of some decency in the future. That decency never came, when I set up my autopay again to resume normalcy, it was accidentally set to the last of the month not the 25th. Small mistake, I’ve never missed a payment ever beyond between the 25th and the end of the month. Instead of deferring to being a ethical and human. They waited months to inform me of the small mistake in order to allow the fees to grow considerably as a form of punishment with the threat of eviction behind it (of course). I’ve already filed with the BBB for their predatory and greedy practices.. anyone who doesn’t HAVE to use these people, I implore you to NOT use them due to racism, discrimination, lack of ethics, and tenant treatment. Hope this helps save a future renter from going through the same.
I am so incredibly disappointed in this the communication ( lack there of) from this company. Specifically with Elias; he wouldn't respond to a simple "did you get this text:" I am a business professional and absolutely understand holidays but there is absolutely no excuse to blatantly ignore a potential client. After feeling like we were finally getting somewhere he completely stopped answering or never provided any follow-up what so ever. I would never recommend him or this company.
Thank you Ashleigh for helping me in a hunt for my facility. I greatly appreciate the communication, professionalism and the extra mile to show me another facility after one was already a closed deal. Definitely recommend
