Litterly cannot tell you how annoying it was to live at this appartment complex. When they changed management they did not keep up documentation, so they charged me 300 for having a pet. I had already paid 300 for my cat and did the pet intake forms online. Then the system they use for rent payments does not tell you what you are paying for, so when random charges that don't make since are added they are unable to tell you what it is from or why rent is so hig for that month. The Matentace staff are completely incompetent. For a YEAR my water heater was tripping thr breaker, they would come in say they fixed it and leave. Then the water heater wires caught fire while I was out on vacation and I came home to find burnt unstalation and the smell of burning chemicals. Then they came in said they fixed it but left open wire out. Finally, they flooded my apparmnet when I was working because they didn't turn the water off before draining my water heater. The system they use for rent payments will sometimes not trigger an automatic payment if the 1st falls on a sunday. Because of this I was charged an extra 150 (I think it was a while ago) because I "missed" payment. An outlet in my room was leaking water and caused mold and other wall problems. Half of the outlets did not work and the stove was so small that a regular cookie pan will not fit. The laundry unit go up in price every year. My cloths never dried and now you have to pay extra for 60 minutes of you actually want to try and dry your cloths. My clothes always came out smelling disgusting and wet. Present day: I am fighting with them because I have a random 634 dollar charge. That of course they cannot tell me why when I call. I called 2 times a day for 3 days and they would not answer me. I got my partner to call and they picked up told him they are not sure and are looking into it. I called again yesterday and they told me the same thing and are frustrated that I had someone else call them. If you live here they will try everything in thier power to take your money and peace of mind. Even when you have already left.

If your like me and base decisions on reviews then I challenge you too go and meet the the staff at this apartment complex Ms Crystal Ms Kay in particular and Ms Felicia in a word they are OUTSTANDING!!! I moved here from a thousand miles away you could imagine my apprehension I must've called Kay a couple dozen times and she ALWAYS addressed my concerns with immediate attention, I lived in Jacksonville for 9+ years and I can relate to some of the people that weren't completely satisfied, however I know that in most situations you have zero percent chance of pleasing 100% of the people 100% of the Time... that being said I am permanently disabled and they have made accommodations for me that go beyond the call of duty.... I might add i waited to post because there's always a honeymoon period for everyone in most experiences Im so overjoyed and Thankful to be here. The maintenance staff is top notch as well the young man that usually comes to a request for me is practically a electrician he's extremely knowledgeable in all matters of his profession. As for the pest control Ive not had any issues in fact I asked them to stop the technician from coming to my apartment because there's no need, some may say I got lucky but I put in on the fact that these people CARE about what they do and how they DO IT!
I’m Joy and I’ve been living here for 3 months now. I still love my apartment! I’ve had two issues since being here and they were addressed and fixed them immediately. The office personnel made sure I was taken care of straight away. They were great and I’m happy.
I am extremely disappointed with these apartments. Ever since I moved in, I have had a serious roach infestation. There are roaches everywhere, and despite reporting the problem to the leasing office multiple times, nothing has been done to permanently fix it. The maintenance staff comes by but doesn't actually resolve the issue, and the roaches keep coming back. On top of that, I have been sick three times since moving here, and I am very concerned about the living conditions. No one should have to live like this after paying rent every month. I would not recommend living here. Management needs to take residents' health and safety seriously and address these problems instead of ignoring them!!!!
Place was older and a bit run down, but clean and maintained. Property manager was very knowledgeable and nice. Sounded like owners mommy company wet working to update place
