Dr Mendhi is awesome HOWEVER...the billing staff is absolutely NOT. They say my check bounced which did not. Have an official letter from my bank stating it was never submitted for payment. Had a coworker recommend Dr Mendhi, found out later she’d had billing issues with them too. Hard to find a good doctor and when you do...the Billing Office/Office Manager/Practice owner (according to the desk person) wants to charge you for something that did not occur. Watch your bills from this place!! Very unprofessional.
I have been going here for about 20 years or more. I thought that I was been treated well as a patience and my health was their main concern, but lately I am getting the feeling that I am just a number ($$$) any more. It also seems that the people in the front are running the Office and NOT the Doctors. I am at the point that I will be looking for a NEW Doctor that I can restore my faith in to treatment me as a patience not a $$$ sign.
Rudest and most dysfunctional doctors office I've ever seen. Litteraly said, "You know the weight you gained is gonna be hard to get off right"? Don't come here. A doctrate should not gurantee business.
I and my whole family has been seeing Dr.Mendhi for over20 years! I promise, make appointment to see him and when you leave, you will be leaving with no doubts! Very sincere person.
Dr Parghi is wonderful! I've referred several of my closest friends to him that also love him. Me and my husband both love his honesty and how personable he is.
