Our 6 year old master bathroom shower floor was sagging in different places, resulting in cracks in the grout. The subsurface was also damp, due to the floor not having been sealed originally. We contacted Raul, after locating Paradise Tile Services on Google. He is extremely engaging and polite, which certainly won us over immediately. He tore out the old tile floor on the Monday following the 4th of July weekend, and and laid the new tile floor (shown in the photos below) on the following day. He sealed the floor afterwards, and we began using the shower Thursday evening. Raul is very easy to work with, and takes great pride in doing the job right. He did a lot of prep work to mimimize the potential mess (there was very little, by the way), and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. We both are very pleased to have hired him for the job, and my wife is extremly happy with the outcome. We would recommend Raul to anyone needing work of this type.
Wow! easily the best tile work I’ve seen in a long time. If you’re looking for a tile professional, look no further. Paradise Tile is the one to call. They truly take pride in their work and make sure everything is done the right way, not the easy way. On top of that, they’re honest and fairly priced, especially considering the high level of quality you get. In our case, they had to come in and fix a terrible job left behind by previous contractors. Not only did they correct everything, but they turned it into something that is both beautiful and functional. If I could do it all over again, I would have hired Paradise Tile from the start. Thank you again, we couldn’t be happier with the results and are finally able to enjoy our newly renovated bathrooms!
I served in the Navy for 27 years and have encountered professionals from all over the world. I must say that Mr. Raul came to my home and replaced a bathroom tile and he was a consummate professional. He was meticulous and explained what needed to be to be done prior to the job. He cleaned the entire area. I must say, I was impressed with his work. You can tell that he enjoys his work and that it’s very important to him that he provides exceptional service to his customers. Raul, thank you for your professionalism and outstanding work. BRAVO ZULU on a Job Well Done!
If you are looking to install tiles in your home, look no further. Raul is truly a craftsman who takes pride in his work. He installed a beautiful tile backsplash in our pantry. I have to admit we are OCD and very nervous of having people work in our house and not doing good enough job or leaving a mess. Well, there was no worry on either account this time. Raul was very respectful of both us and our home, a very personable young man and a pleasure to do business with. His work is excellent and we very highly recommend him.
Raul & his crew did an absolutely beautiful job renovating our primary bath. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none, and their communication throughout the entire project was outstanding. We are very satisfied with our new bathroom and highly recommend their services.
