I went out of my way to visit this salon because they carried a specific lotion I was looking for, and it was 100% worth the trip! I was accidentally sold a glitter bronzer (nothing wrong with the product, just not my preference). I called the next day and was told a manager would follow up. Cheryl Lynn called me back Monday afternoon, and I was beyond impressed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. She recommended alternative products and made the exchange process completely seamless when I came in later that day. Even though I don’t live close by and typically use another salon, I would definitely recommend receiving services here. The level of customer service truly stands out. I also want to recognize Elise, who originally helped me, she was so kind and welcoming. The salon itself is spotless, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive. This team goes above and beyond for their customers. Highly, highly recommend!
Amazing tanning salon! Great customer service, excellent tanning beds, and a very welcoming environment. Amanda was super informative and took the time to explain how to properly build my tan. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
My mom goes here so I decided to walk in for a spray tan. I walked in at 7:05 thinking the place was open til 8. I walk in and ask the young blonde girl at the front desk how much it is for a spray tan. She was rude and had an attitude and said they were closed. I apologized as I wouldn’t have come in if I would have known they were closed. I will not be coming back due to this encounter. I have over 13 years of customer service experience and would never talk to anyone the way she spoke to me.
I love paradise!! Every single employee never fails to make me feel welcome and cared for! The salon itself is super clean and is such a good environment to be in! Both kynzie and Camryn have been a major help to me as I test different beds and lotions! Definitely recommend !!
The BEST salon with the BEST prices! Their salon is so clean and their new KBL K11 bed is the best in the industry. Their staff is incredible. Celia, Kynzie, and Kamryn helped me on Pink Wednesday and were the sweetest! The owner Hugh is also super kind and knowledgeable about tanning!
