When using this business for their advertised vacation rentals you will find they are over four times the market rates, they will not tell you the amount of the fees for their advertising, and they are rude when you communicate with them about their rentals. This makes it hard on everyone looking for vacation housing and hard on other locals who offer better service in a more friendly way for $45 a night with no unknown fees, any guests you want, free parking even if you don't rent, and 24 hour free drink service.

This was my second vacation I took here, I plan to come back once a year at least , it’s it’s an amazing place to be . The units are very clean and very comfortable, and the owners Shar & Erin are the best! They have TVs in living-room area and both bedrooms Wi-Fi , washers and dryer’s . Just bring your bag and ready to go to the beach! The best vacation place I’ve ever been to! They book up fast so you have to go on line and reserve your rooms early or you’ll miss out all the fun! We enjoyed being here for the Fourth of July and walking down to the beach and watching the fireworks display it was beautiful!

Excellent communication, even last minute. Very Clean, uncluttered, new appliances. As a germ a phobe I’ve never been so comfortable. Skip air-bnb! We’ve rented air bnb over the years but so grateful we stumbled upon this rental! Quiet, clean and close to the beach. Offered all the amenities. I brought stuff assuming it wouldn’t be here but it was. It’s a big exhale staying here for your vacation. I had no idea how awesome Jax beach was… that combined with this cottage has been wonderful! Not too far from St . Augustine and a perfect beach community right here this has been a perfect vacation!
