Go anywhere, other than here, if your time is at all valuable. They overbook like an airline. Over 4 appointments, they were never less than 50 min late. Sitting here now at 30 min late. Arrogant about it when pressed. You will be here over an hour for 10 min of actual service.

Awesome place! Clean,very professional and answered all my questions. Did xrays and they gave me my results while I was still here. Dr. was the best..

They are trying to charge me for x-rays that were taken but then no one ever went over the results with me. The PA I spoke to that day said he would but then when I let him know I was not interested in surgery he mentioned alternatives not performed by OrthoOne and ushered me out the door. I have asked for them several times now but no one returns my calls or messages. It wouldn't take them five minutes to make this right. I guess it is a bad sign when you pay your co-pay and they up charge you for using your credit card. They also tried to charge me twice for that visit. They fixed that right away but of course I had proof of payment. In this case it my word against a P.A's. Also your first visit is usually with a Doctor not a P.A. so what is up with that? I have benefited in no way from the x-ray or really the entire visit. I won't be going back nor would I recommend this organization to anyone else.
