I spoke with the front office staff multiple times before my appointment, again when I checked in, and once more when I was leaving. Despite all these interactions, **payment was never mentioned until I was walking out of the office.** What makes this experience even more frustrating is that the staff acted as though it was no big deal. However, it is a big deal. Patients deserve clear communication and should not be caught off guard by payment expectations, especially after making multiple attempts to communicate with the office. I even asked to speak with the office manager, only to be told that my account had been noted regarding the incident. That response did not address my concerns or provide any reassurance that the communication issue would be resolved. **Communication is key, and this office failed in that regard.** This experience has left me feeling frustrated and has caused me to lose trust in the office. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to others. Please make sure you understand all payment expectations before your appointment, because that information was not communicated to me until I was leaving.

I would recommend this dentist to anyone. I have some anxiety when it comes to dental work and this office really positively reshaped that for me. I was greeted warmly by the kind receptionist and then approached by three beautiful dogs with instantly made me less anxious. Once I made it to the dental chair I was met with so much compassion and comfort by the entire team ( I wish I recalled names I'd love to give personal shout outs ). They also communicated everything with me, I felt involved and had an understanding of my treatment and cost before anything occurred and that was really appreciated. They repaired a chip that had messed up two of my teeth and made it look and feel as good as new. As someone with dental anxiety this is one of the first times I booked my next appointment while still in the chair and feel beyond confident I will be back.
