One Night Taco Stand

I love the food here! The portion sizes are generous, and my all-time favorite the “Boy Bad Burrito” always has the perfect balance of seasoning, hope they keep the same great quality over time.

The service here is incredibly fast and the atmosphere is lay back. Will not feel rushed. I can only comment on the one night streak quesadilla. Its very greasy. The tortilla is on the soft side. The avocado sauce is different from the real thing. What stand out is the streak meat. It may not cost much but it is really well seasoned. Not overpowered and almost hides into the dish.

It’s been a while since we last visited this place. I heard that they serve Barbacoa and that they were delicious! So me and my husband planned our visit on a Friday night. Place is the same, nice interior and plenty of tables. We were seated right away and was immediately served a complimentary chips and salsa. Light and crispy chips and the salsa has a mild spice, always a great starter. Our orders came out hot and fast. The Barbacoa portion is huge! It comes with rice, beans, pickled onion and a consommé. Yes it tasted like birria, but the flavor is more subtle but tasty and the beef was in chunks, not shredded. My husband got the Pollo Ranchero with mushrooms and onions, it was good as well. 5 stars overall! I think I found a new favorite Mexican dish!
