Hands down, I've been chasing this food truck since he was on Main Street. I finally got my hands on a plate. When I say this place did not disappoint 🙌🏾 it's one of the best bbq spots I've been to in Jacksonville. The chicken seasoned to perfection, the collard greens taste just like southern GA greens (atl native here lol), and the Mac wasn't your typically macaroni it was actually good macaroni that you get at home, and the bake beans was chefs kiss. I wanted the banana pudding or cobbler, but it wasn't none at the moment, so I decided to try the strawberry cake. I have never been a fan of strawberry cake, but if you like strawberry cake, definitely try it out. I'm definitely coming back here for my toddler to try it out. They are meat eaters. Thank you for all the fresh hot plates.

Ordered through door dash and OMG not only was it fast it was fall off the bone perfect. I thought I had time to shower as soon as it was confirmed. It was already on its way as soon as I got out. And the hot sauce they put on the meat was amazing. Pulled pork just melts in your mouth with smokey flavored. Definitely touched by Angels while cooking. Name fits it perfectly.

Wasn’t expecting much when I pulled up. I got the half rack of ribs w/ 2 sides, the pink lemonade, and a piece of red velvet cake. Everything was delicious, however the Mac n’ cheese could use a little more flavor. The ribs were extremely fresh and tender. If the Mac n Cheese had a little more going on this would for sure be 5 stars. The owner was also a really cool guy.

I had an amazing experience with this barbecue and soul food spot. From the first bite, you can tell the food is made with love and real skill. The barbecue was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the soul food sides were seasoned perfectly not bland, not overpowering, just right. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, like real comfort food you don’t get everywhere anymore. The portions were generous, the food was hot and well prepared, and the overall quality was amazing. You can tell this is a business that truly cares about their craft and their customers. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending this place to friends and family. If you’re looking for good barbecue and soul food, this is the place!
