Our experiences at Oceanway Hardware are great, thanks to Missy! From the moment we walk in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to answer our questions, helped us find exactly what I needed, and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Missy went above and beyond. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude are a true asset to Oceanway Hardware. We'll be back and highly recommend this store because of the outstanding service we received. Thank you, Missy, for making our visit such a great experience!

Oceanway Hardware is hands down the best place to go! They repaired my lawnmower the very same day I brought it in. Between the genuine Southern hospitality and the welcoming small-town atmosphere, you instantly feel like family. Outstanding store, outstanding people, and outstanding service
I decided to go here because it's closer then Lowes to my house and the reviews were good. I also try to support local stores when possible but if you are a female, do not go here. Sure a male experience would likely be different. I needed help with matching a specfic screw size that I brought in. The clerk did help, however it wasnt the exact size and didnt work out. That would have been fine, def wouldnt leave a review due to that. However, when he found a similiar screw he goes "wow they are 99 cents each." I was buying 12 so I paid $12 for 12 8-32 x 1 in screws... went to Lowes because they weren't the right size and paid 3.99 for 12. I think he was the owner and just made up a ridiculous price because I'm a female and he didnt think I knew that was crazy. I was in a rush so I paid it. I couldn't believe he had said wow though, he was really trying to play in to the disbelief of the price (which wasnt marked so he clearly made it up). Pic of the $12 screws. :)
This is hands down one of the best hardware stores I’ve visited. They have an excellent selection of tools, home improvement supplies, and everything needed for DIY projects. The employees were welcoming, patient, and genuinely eager to help. I never felt rushed, and they answered all of my questions. The store was well-stocked, easy to navigate, and the prices were reasonable. Great customer service and a great shopping experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this store to friends and family!
