All I can say, is DO NOT STAY HERE! This place should only be for owners and their families. They have an owner/board member that monitors the garage area at all times. We parked at the public beach access and walked down the beach and met up with friends that were staying here. We spent the day on the beach and a storm came up. We helped our friends gather their canopy/tents/chairs together and assisted them with carrying everything to the parking garage. We did this because the storm blew in so quickly. All we were going to do was walk THROUGH the garage to the road and then down to where we were parked. Our daughter has a service dog and we weren’t given an opportunity to tell him that, we were accosted so quickly. The owner/board member/garage police informed us that “only owners can have dogs there”. I REPEAT, ALL WE WERE GOING TO DO WAS WALK THROUGH THE GARAGE! I told the gentleman that. His reply was, “Thanks for trespassing”!!!! We were with paying guests! We WERE NOT going to their condo, only walking THROUGH the garage!!! We were turned back out to the storm to walk down to the public beach access spot. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and certainly not a great first impression. We have traveled all over the US and have NEVER been treated so rudely . If you stay here, expect to be met in the garage and grilled, and DO NOT HAVE GUESTS OVER! They are trespassing if they visit you even in the garage!
Pool Service
Great place to stay. Quiet, clean, and right on the beach. Private entrance to beach.
Not much parking but close to the beach with a family atmosphere and clean pool. Not far from restaurants or stores either.
The unit was very clean and well stocked for a nice cozy experience. The views are spectacular. The downside is that the beds need to be changed or supported as they, with the exception of the twin, sink in the middle. The shower curtain should be replaced and the rugs all need to go as they hold a smell or have too much experience for such a nice place. We would return tomorrow if we could.
This would be a 5 if the condo had more modern furnishings. The ocean/ beachfront view is phenomenal! However the 90s look beach furniture, tables, and beds were a bit dated in my opinion! The carpeting could also be replaced. The kitchen was very well- equipped and the nice size TV in living area was a plus! Nice space in the bathrooms but the shower in the bedroom was awkward! We stayed in 307.
