We stayed here the last week of April 2013 for vacation. It's a residential condo with I think just one or two condos that get rented out for vacationers (we went through Vacation Rental Pros). This place is NICE! It's quiet and private...so it's perfect for a family (not for partiers or college kids). The condo is totally gated in and you have to have a key/fob to get into anything here; but that's nice, especially when you have kids! The beach is beautiful and not very touristy, though there is a hotel right next door...it's not a populous beach like Ft Myers or Daytona would be. We will definitely be back here for another vacation!
Beautiful complex. In great shape and well maintained. Great floor plans and ample parking. Very secure complex with gates and key fob access. Added bonus it's right by a hotel with an ocean front bar!
Not sure about the hotel other than its close to the beach! It looks really nice from the beachfront bar and the bathroom we use when visiting the beach! Just walk up off the beach and order a drink and use the facilities. Thanks. We'll be back for both!
I lived here it was an awsome place to live you couldn't closer to the ocean..The beach was my backyard..And it was a private beach at that..We never to put up with a croud of people we had our big bombfires on the beach and the cops couldn't do nothing about it..Private beaches & nude beaches are the best
Obstructive security without a true plan or system. Restrictive amenities use policies. Key faubs are not consistent and you have to travel to Ponte Vedra to get them fixed.
