One of my pair of Ocean Waves frames got a crack. They replaced them no charge (the lens were fine). I’ve been a customer since the 90’s, when they had the free lens replacement policy. It’s understandable they can no longer offer this service due to the cost of everything these days. But I have also paid for lens replacement about 4 years ago because I accidentally broke my lenses and they did give me a discount on the replacement. Ocean Waves is a small local business, I gladly support because they do offer quality products and impeccable customer service!
I LOVE these sunglasses and am so excited to see them back in full force!! I picked up my first pair in 1990 at the Miami Boat Show - best purchase ever. I've worn them ever since but there were some owner ship changes...so I tried other high end brands...these are far and away the best...especially for fishing!, skiing, water sports, snow sports, driving, living!! I am to thankful to the new owners for bringing the company back online with easy purchases!!
The quality of the sunglasses are outstanding. I would say the same if not better than my Costas but it's a local business. You should give them a try; their service is out of this world.
I had the privilege of dealing with Veronica this past Saturday! I own 3 pair of Ocean Waves sunglasses and as typically happens, I had a problem with my favorite pair! Veronica made the experience an absolute pleasure with her professional, knowledgeable, calm, caring attitude! Not only is the quality of the glasses the best, but with folks like her the customer service surpasses the excellant quality of the product! If anyone is looking for a great pair of sunglasses I strongly suggest take a trip out to Atlantic Beach and pay a visit to see Veronica and let her hook you up! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!
Ocean Waves may have the best customer service I have ever experienced! You can feel the heart that goes into helping customers find their perfect pair of sunglasses and answering all their questions. Feels nice to support a local business. And to top it off, the quality of the sunglasses is superb. 5 stars all around! Highly recommend!
