Friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Would highly recommend! We had plumbing issue on our Grand Design 5th, we were at North Beach Camp Resort in late April and they said to call Obi Auto & RV. Eddie called back right away and diagnosed the problem on the phone and we were able to fix the problem within minutes. Thank you Eddie for the great service and for taking the time to explain the fix for us at no charge! If you ever have problems with your RV and are near St. Augustine, don't hesitate to contact Obi’s. Eddie is a great person who knows what to do. Thanks again Eddie!

We were stranded at our condo with a dead vehicle needing to get to the airport… my roadside assistance from my insurance had not dispatched we had waited over an hour … Called Obi in a panic .He was able to come to us In a timely manner and he brought a battery with him to save time and got us on the road to the airport quickly and efficiently! Very reasonable price for roadside assistance! Our hero!

We were dry camping in our RV at the Royal St. Augustine Golf Club for a few days over Christmas. We were scheduled to return home on Sunday when we discovered that our leveling jacks would not retract. Called several mobile RV techs but none could come out that day. However, Eddie of Obi Automotive said he could make it Monday morning. He and his tech showed up as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem and did the repair with a quick parts run. Accomplished the repair within an hour and the charge was exactly as he’d explained the night before. Great guy, he even took a look at our generator which had been giving me some problems. St. Augustine area is lucky to have a business like Obi’s.

Very happy with my first experience at Obi Automotive! Eddie and his team were extremely caring and attentive in addressing the issue with my vehicle. They took the utmost care and made sure everything was handled properly. I’m so glad I was referred to this business—being new to the area, it’s comforting to know there are still genuine, trustworthy people around. Thank you, I’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend!
