Absolutely disgusting behavior from the driver of the gray Toyota pickup truck who was working the Mandarin area yesterday. After cutting me off and missing my bumper by mere inches and then pressing on his brakes he remained unprofessional shouting and flipping me off because I drove the speed limit in a residential area. This hot head represents Oasis with your logo and company name. As a retired veteran I find his behavior appalling, disrespectful and disgusting and will go our of my way to get the word out to avoid Oasis Pool Services at all costs.
We’ve used Oasis for over a year now and they have always been on time and our pool has looked perfect. Great service at a great price.
I can not express how disappointing this service was. Not only were they over priced, but they kept skipping my service and caused me repairs. I used them for 16 months and all they worried about was payment. I had to replace my liner which was less than two years old. He required me to pay up 1,000 up front and over six weeks later, when the pool started collapsing due to being empty for so long, I urged him to complete the job. Then, he ordered a substandard liner ($200 on Amazon) and sent a 14 year old child to install it while still requiring 600 more dollars for the install. It is now leaking around the skimmer where the child cut it wrong to install it. My son fired them and hired a reputable contractor. Do NOT trust them with your pool.
