I absolutely loved our experience at Now and Zen Yoga Studio! The space is so warm, welcoming, and calming from the moment you walk in. Elorah’s Mommy & Me class was truly special. She created such a nurturing, relaxed environment where both moms and little ones felt comfortable. The flow was gentle but effective, and she perfectly balanced movement, bonding, and fun. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating community and supporting moms in this season of life. It felt like more than just a yoga class — it was connection time, reset time, and such a sweet way to bond with my baby. We’ll definitely be back
I attended the Balancing class, and it was a great experience. The staff was compassionate and patient, making me feel comfortable as a first-time participant. The studio was well-organized, clean, and had a pleasant aroma. The information provided was highly useful, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning!
Just wow! I visited St. Augustine solo for about 2 weeks with very little plans in mind and found Now & Zen because of their accessible pricing. Every instructor and all the other yogis welcomed me with open arms every class and helped me navigate a new city through our after class chats. There’s amazing class variety and experiences for someone who’s trying to get into yoga or stay fit. Whether you are a local or visiting, I can not recommend this studio enough and I am so grateful for my experience here! Thank you
I’ve been meaning to leave this review as I’m already missing this place so much! I spent a month in St. Augustine and was I was very fortunate to have found this amazing studio. All of the instructors are top notch and they offer a really great variety of classes every day of the week. I absolutely loved Maria’s Pilates and barre classes and Amy Sue’s yoga. What a great place to practice! Thank you :)
GOD must have sent me here. The vibe from the instructor made me feel as if Heaven is on earth. She's very knowledgeable with her technique and compassionate with the clients. A must go to experience in Saint Augustine, Fl. Namaste 🙏
