Miss Julie is a caring and understanding woman. She truly cares about the well being of the children. I’m amazed by how much my 2 and 4 year old come home w new things they’ve learned. I love that my children are growing in that environment it’s evident there is care and structure. Thank you for all you do ❤️
My son is 3 years old and his teacher is Ms. Lisa. She does an amazing job there and has been his teacher from the start. There is no app so there are no pictures throughout the day but they spend quality time with the kids and there are not on their phones! I have walked through his classroom many times and it was never a disappointment ! They learn a lot and you will see it in your child. The teachers greet them everyday with love, their menus are amazing, they stay on top of curriculum, and their playground is amazing! They also have an open door policy and you can come check on your child and you even have your own door code! I have never had an incident report nor a complaint !
I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. The only person in this daycare that is amazing is Miss Samentha. My son went here for a little over a year. The director of this facility is absolutely rude and disrespectful to parents. The way she treats the children is belittling them and point fingers in their face and yelling at them. This director should not be allowed around children ever. When you first start there she will be all nice but the more time you are there the more she will treat both you and your child badly. And it’s amazing what a different environment can do for your child. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS FACILITY. And also the one that responds to all these reviews is this same director and you can see just a glimpse of how she talks to the parents in those comments.
When we decided to research daycares & do interviews, we met with Julie & were impressed. We have been with Nova Learning Center for a year now. When our little first started, she was very shy & clingy. Ms. Julie, Ms. Jasmine & Ms. Samantha have been been beyond amazing at making her feel loved & welcome.They have truly brought her out of her shell. She (& we) are beyond happy with the staff & the center. I 10/10 recommend Nova Learning Center.
Nova is great! We just moved to Jacksonville and finding childcare was the hardest and most stressful thing. My son has been coming here for about a month now and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are so wonderful at communicating and updating you on your child’s needs, daily routine, and other observations they make. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. I trust that Nova takes great care of my little one throughout his day. The center is filled with amazing age appropriate toys and activities to keep your little one learning. The outdoor area is the perfect space for children to play outside. I love the sense of security I feel for my child here. I couldn’t say enough about them. Thank you to all the wonderful daycare staff for taking great care of my baby!
