Super rude lady that answers the phone every single time I call. SUPER rude and many people in my neighborhood have reported this but nothing has been done. You should not work in customer service if you do not have customer service skills! They also never call you back you have to keep calling them and getting this rude lady and nobody ever calls you back! Find me when I take it to talk to somebody snarkly said she didn't get my order until yesterday which is totally not true it was sent a month ago!! And how do you expect me to set aside 4-Hour increments of time for you to determine when you're going to come out I have a life and you want me to not do anything for four hours out of my day waiting on you???? It's the worst most disrespectful company I've ever dealt with.

Tried to schedule warranty work due to their poor quality workmanship and materials. Phone rep was completely rude and unhelpful. “All our plumbers are home by 4pm” when giving my availability. As if they turn to dust if they don’t get home by then. I was told I should leave work and go home to meet them when they call as my option for service.

Guy named Linwood told my 84 yo mom he’d install a water “softener” for her so she bought the system he recommended but just a de-scaler not a softener, he kept rescheduling appointments after 4 months or so said sorry I can’t do it. Called a Master plumber he refused to put on this system saying it’s junk now going on 5 months since she purchased haven’t found anyone to complete. Linwood you’re an a55hole for doing that to my mom
