Connor came by today to help us with our A/C unit and was so kind, patient and helpful. He came to give us an estimate on what we needed and unlike other companies was very understanding, affordable and efficient. I will continue to use NEFL contractors again in the future if I ever need any other work done again. Thank you so much again Connor!!
I had a great experience with this AC company. The technician who came out today was very polite, courteous, and professional. He was also efficient and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this company to others.
Wonderful! I had an emergency leak and Andy came within the hour . Great service, he explained everything to me and found the problem. I recommend this Company without a doubt. Oh and did I say they were very reasonable…….the price included a shutoff valve, which are not cheap!
Connor Hetzer is an asset to your or any organization to which he may be employed. He is knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and most importantly provides solution-based options for HVAC issues. I will request him for any service I ever need! Thanks Connor.
Started well but quickly stopped answering the phone or returning calls. Due to the inability to contact NE Florida Contractors and Maintenance, the warranty company reissued the work order to another contractor to finisher the AC repair.
